4. Equipment, Maintenance & Warranty

All manufacturer warranties are governed by the terms of the manufacturer, not Big Sky Elevator Service.
4.2 Maintenance & Repairs
Maintenance plans and service calls do not guarantee uninterrupted equipment operation. Elevators require routine inspections, and failure to maintain equipment may void warranties.
4.3 Limitation of Liability
BSE is not liable for:

Damage caused by misuse, improper installation by others, or lack of maintenance

Lost revenue, downtime, or incidental/ consequential damages

Issues caused by third-party contractors, builders, or electricians
Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.
5. Payments, Billing & Refunds
5.1 Payments
Invoices must be paid by the due date listed. We may accept:

5.2 Late Payments
Past-due invoices may incur:

5.3 Refunds

6. Scheduling & Service Access
